Wisla Krakow derby hero Yaw Yeboah elated with win against Cracovia

Ghana international, Yaw Yeboah has expressed his excitement to Wisla Krakow’s derby win against Wisla Cracovia.

The two rivals locked horns on Sunday to battle for points on matchday 14 of the Polish top-flight league.

In the game that had a lot of interest, Yaw Yeboah was the hero as he scored with a fine effort to power Wisla Krakow to record a vital 1-0 win against Wisla Cracovia.

Speaking after the game, the Black Stars attacker says he is happy his team earned all three points.

“It was a good match for our entire team. We came here to win, and that’s what we did. This is the result of our effort and I am very impressed with what our team has accomplished.

“I am also glad that so many fans came and that we were able to present ourselves to them. It was a great game and I congratulate our team,” Yaw Yeboah said after the game.

The talented forward added, “This is Wisła Kraków, it is one of the best clubs in Poland. We have great fans and we play with the heart. We play for ourselves, for the fans and to win. I am happy to be here. We have a great team, one of the best coaches. For me, this is the best club I can play for.”

Yaw Yeboah after that game has travelled to Ghana and is currently one of 24 players that will be playing against Ethiopia in the 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.
