Zimbabwe’s Warriors target shock win in Ghana to upset Black Stars
The Warriors of Zimbabwe have trained very well in the last few days and are sure of causing an upset in Ghana on Saturday, October 9, 2021, by beating the Black Stars.
Pitted in Group G of the 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifiers, the Warriors are winless from the first two games and as a result, currently sit bottom of the standings.
In this international break, Zimbabwe are scheduled to play Ghana twice. Knowing that picking maximum points from the games will get them back on track, the East African country is aiming to do just that.
Inside sources in the camp of the Warriors tell footballghana.com that players are determined to cause Ghana an upset and will put up a fight on the matchday.
Tomorrow’s match will be played at the Cape Coast Stadium and has been scheduled to kick off at 16:00GMT.
