Khadiyah Lewis of LHHATL dies at 44

Khadiyah “KD” Lewis, a familiar face to many through her time on Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta, has sadly passed away at the age of 44.

Her death was confirmed by her family, who are currently navigating an overwhelming wave of grief. Known not only for her reality TV appearances but also for her sharp mind and entrepreneurial spirit, KD’s passing has left a noticeable void in the hearts of her loved ones and fans alike.

Her younger brother, Jamaal “Jay” Lewis, described this period as emotionally devastating and thanked those who have reached out with prayers and support.

Another brother, Elijah Inegbedion, took to social media with a heartfelt tribute, expressing disbelief and heartbreak over her sudden departure.

“Been at a loss for words for some days now,” he wrote. “To think that I’ll ever have the words to describe the person you’ve been and the legacy that you left behind would be erroneous… Thank you for loving me the way you did and always having my back.”

While many knew Khadiyah from the small screen—especially her memorable role alongside rapper Yung Joc—her impact extended far beyond reality TV.

She was a successful real estate broker, tax consultant, speaker, and businesswoman who used her platform to uplift others.
