Saboba: Widows and orphans Received Food items to celebrate New Year
The Former Parliamentary candidate of the New Patriotic Party, NPP for Saboba Constituency Dr. Jawol Binapadam Abraham has donated a BULL and bags of Rice to the Local Council of Churches to be given to the Widows and orphans in the various churches within the District.
According to him, this donation has became necessary because of the festive season. It will be recalled that, the Candidate has donated a brand new motto bike to KOYA, donated Rice, oil and a bull to our Muslims brothers during the Eid-ul adh celebration . When asked about the rational behind the donation, he said is to put a smile on the faces of the under privileged in the district.
Receiving the item , the Chairman of the local council of Churches Pastor Jonah Mayen Tibirnyik said the items has Come at the right time hence, will go along way to help the people.
He pledged to share the items accordingly without any favoritism . He further called on other Politicians in the district to emulate same.
