‘Doggy’ sex style energizes men; makes men healthy- Gym Instructor
It seems men who love the doggy style of sex with their partners derive some health benefits compared to others who engage in other sex positions if the assertion of a professional gym instructor is anything to go by.
A professional Gym Instructor and Life Coach Emmanuel Akwasi Nyamekye popularly known as Paa O is of the view that the doggy style is a good exercise for men and helps men to gain more strength after practicing with their partners.
Doggy style has become the most popular and common sex style which the majority of partners practice when making love.
Doggy style is a sexual position in which one partner is penetrated from behind by the other while supporting themselves on their hands and knees.
According to the CEO of the Kumasi-based P Gym “horse-riding style is also very good for women whenever they have sex with their partners because it exercises their bodies”.
Speaking in an interview with Osei Kwadwo on Ambassador TV on YouTube monitored by MyNewsGh.com, Paa O explained that “Regular exercise is good for the body and anyone who loves sex but anyone who doesn’t do regular exercise is likely to face serious health challenges”.
“So far as Doggy style is a good sex position for men while horse riding is good for women doesn’t mean they should always have sex every day because too much of everything is bad” he cautioned.
He said “Men and women who do regular exercise are very good in bed as compared to those who do not engage in regular exercises”
“Those I train here, I train them about sex positions because we have about 5 sex positions which have been classified as training and they are good for the body” he added.
