FLASHBACK: I regret forsaking my children because of a woman

Actor Psalm Adjetey Fio has said one of the things he regrets in life is the fact that he forsook his children to chase another woman he now describes.
According to him in an interview, he granted on in the delay show in 2018, after he parted ways with his wife, he went chasing after a Lady in Cape Coast because he thought he could get peace of mind with that woman he refused to name.
He disclosed that he moved to Cape Coast with his children to stay with the woman in question. However, during his absence, the woman maltreated his children and made them go through tough times.
He said: “When I was away to shoot a movie, the woman will call my daughter into the room and beat her up. She will ask her to open her legs and she will step on her vagina. She will also send my son and after cooking fail to give them food to eat”.
The actor indicated that his children never disclosed the kind of maltreatment they went through at the hands of their stepmother to him so when he found out, it was too late.
He indicated that such hardship his children have had to go through created enmity between him and his children but mentioned that he has apologized and continues to apologize to them for what his actions and choices made them go through.
He used the opportunity to advise men against leaving their wives to chase other women to the detriment of their children.
The actor who rose to fame through Taxi Driver said things are very difficult for him as he lives from hand to mouth.
