I want to supply 20,000 exercise books to school kids

Ghanaian rapper who majors in drill music, Yaw Tog born Thorsten Owusu Gyimah has spoken about his motive to set up a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO).

Speaking on the Kastle Entertainment Show, the ‘Sophia’ crooner disclosed that his foundation has distributed over 6,000 books to selected basic schools.

“TOGLife Foundation we help people especially the kids like the young ones like me and I have been able to share 6,000 books to them,” he told Amansan Krakye in a one-on-one interview. 

The young iconic artiste revealed that he will use the proceeds from his recent event at the Kumasi rotary park to finance the distribution of additional 20,000 books.

He continued “I shared the books among kids in both public and private schools and we are trying to raise money to supply about 20,000 books so that’s the limit we want to reach.

“So we are still on it and after my October show, I will use the money to go and support activities of my foundation for the people on the streets and everywhere,” he remarked on Cape Coast-based Kastle FM monitored by MyNewsGh.com
