Ghanaian female rapper, Eno Barony has opened up about her childhood dreams and the professional path she had wanted to pursue.
According to her, she was swayed away by entertainment and the cheers she received from her friends in school and church whenever she rapped or sang to follow the music path she is on now but that was not her dream.
The sensational rapper who calls herself “Rap Goddess” revealed her dream while growing up was to become a Journalist.
Eno Barony, a multiple award winning rapper was speaking on TV3 NewDay on Tuesday, April 4, monitored by GhanaPlus.com.
“I was born with music, music has always been a part of my whole life and growing up I never thought I was ever going to be a musician even though I love music in school and everything. I wanted to be a Journalist,” she said.
“…… I think that growing up everybody sees me and when I sing in church or when I rap in school everybody is like, I have goose bumps, you are so talented so entertainment swayed me away”.

Eno Barony, born Ruth Eno Adjoa Amankwah Nyame Adom bust into the Ghanaian music scene in 2014 and has since become a force to reckon with, competing as the one of the formidable woman in amale dominated space as far as music in Ghana is concerned.
Since her entrance, she has released back to back hit songs, some of which includes “Enough is Enough”, “Force Dem to play nonsense”, “God is a Woman“, “Herself”, “Don’t Judgment me” etc.
Eno Barony is currently promoting her single, “Only Jah”.
