I’m saddened by the lack of streetlights on Ghana’s roads at night

Ghanaian Highlife singer, Kuami Eugene has advised drivers to be cautious during the Christmas season because there are no streetlights on our roads.

Kuami Eugene who had an accident this year said it is sad that there are no visible lights on our streets in the evening so he’ll plead with drivers to check their lights when driving at night.

“I will plead with us all that during this Christmas festivities whenever you decide to go out, first of all, check the lights of your car,” he advised on Property FM in Cape Coast.

“Because we don’t have streetlights on our roads in Ghana during the night so if your car doesn’t have light then you have a big problem.

“It is very sad that there are no visible lights on our streets in the evening so if you are a driver I will plead with you to check your light before you decide to move on the roads of Ghana.

“Secondly think about your life because we all want for 2025if that if the driver is over speeding tell him to slow down because you’re not travelling to heaven,” he cautioned.
