It’s difficult buying ‘Koko and Koose’ since I became a celebrity
Former MTN Hitmaker winner, Kurl Songx born Kelvin Agyekum has revealed the struggles he is going through to cope with his popularity since his breakthrough in the Ghanaian showbiz industry.
“It’s not easy being a celebrity in Ghana because you can’t live your normal life as wish to do as every normal human being,” he disclosed.
According to the ‘Whistle’ crooner in an interview on Cape Coast’s Kastle FM, since he became a celebrity he has been finding it difficult to buy his favourite breakfast delicacy on the streets.
“Me, for instance, I really like Hausa Koko mixed with groundnut and koose but sometimes when there’s no one around I find it difficult going to buy,” Kurl Songx told Amansan Krakye.
“I need to send someone to go and buy it for me but sometimes I wish I can go and buy it myself or be able to walk free in town,” he added on the Kastle Entertainment Show.
He continued “That makes it a bit difficult because looking at where I’m coming from I wish to walk and feel free and vibe with people but it’s a bit difficult to do that since I became a celebrity”.
