Former brand ambassador of Pinamang Cosmetics, a skincare cosmetics brand, Afia Schwarzenegger has begun a campaign against the brand she once represented boldly across all advertising platforms in the country.
According to her since she was the one who advertised the products to the Ghanaian public, she would do the same to rescue Ghanaians from the effects of the bad products she was made to believe was good.
“Since I am the one that advertise this bad product it is my duty to tell you what it did to my skin. It made my knuckles and elbow very black….I had some spots all over my skin”.
She revealed that the products caused severe damage to her skin and she was still paying huge sums of money to correct the damage.
Together, with her poster of her advert on the Queen Khadi Brightening Lotion, she wrote on her Facebook page
“Since I am the one that advertise this bad product it is my duty to tell you what it did to my skin. It made my knuckles and elbow very black….I had some spots all over my skin.
I flew from Ghana to London to show the woman my skin…she took me to a shop in London to give me a different combination of another product of hers called Tokem…beloved the long n short of the story is with my dermatologist. This product will damage your skin without repair. I am paying $$$$ just to buy creams to correct my black elbow and knuckles. Don’t be a victim!!!”
