Nigerian singer, songwriter and actress, Tiwatope Savage popularly referred to as Tiwa Savage has said she is not going to succumb to blackmailers who have threatened to release her sex tape if she doesn’t pay.
In a viral video sighted by GhanaPlus.com, she said she would not allow anyone to threaten her having a natural engagement with her current partner.
“I am not going to allow anyone to blackmail me for doing something that is natural”, she said.
The “Can’t Let You Go” hit maker and Nigerian sensation made the revelation in interview on a US base radio station, Power 105.1.
Ms Tiwa Savage indicated such blackmailers could not be trusted hence her decision not to pay a dime to them in exchange of the video.
She added, they would probably come back in a month or two to demand another amount if she succumb to their demands.
“I pay now and then two month down the line you going to come back and in two years and who knows if I even sent you the money you gona release anyway,” she added.
Tiwa Savage noted the said sex tape was first sent to her road manager on Wednesday, October 6, who in turn forward it to her while leaving another radio station after an interview.
“He is going crazy too” she said about her partner’s reaction to the video.
