VIDEO: Sarkodie mourns Nana Ampadu, shares priceless advice he gave him

Multiple award-winning artiste, Sarkodie, born Micheal Owusu Addo has taken to social media to mourn the late legendary Ghanaian highlife musician, Nana Kwame Ampadu.
The celebrated musician shared a video in which the Ebi Te Yie’ composer was giving him a piece of advice not to make public his private life on social media.
“That my I advice I gave you some time ago. Don’t sell anything about your life which not pleasing on social media. Even if someone wrong you, don’t let social media know, even if they ask you, brush it off because that is what would earn you respect in the future, don’t let dirty beings soil your reputation,” the late Ampadu told Sarkodie.

It could be recalled the two in April last year released bit and pieces of a project they were working on.
Nana Ampadu endorses Sarkodie,Kofi B
Prior to that, Nana Ampadu in 2019 singled out the BET award winner and Kofi B as his favourite contemporary musicians in the country.
His choice of the Rollers and Cigar hit maker he said was due to his lyrics which he described as not so ‘dirty language’
“Sarkodie’s songs don’t have much, excuse me to say, dirty language. I even have a song with him. As for Kofi B, even if highlife is fading out, I have hope because of him,” the 2015 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA) Lifetime Achievement Award receiver said.
Nana Ampadu passes on
The legendary, high-life musician, Nana Kwame Ampadu was reported dead on Tuesday, September 28.
Family sources say the Obi Benya Wo composer credited with over 800 songs died early hours of Tuesday at age 76.
