Asante Kotoko CEO Nana Yaw Amponsah anticipates selection headache for technical team

The Chief Executive Officer of Asante Kotoko Nana Yaw Amponsah is anticipating selection headache for the club’s technical team headed by Prosper Narteh Ogum.

The Porcupine Warriors had a flying start to the 2021/22 Ghana Premier League campaign defeating Dreams FC 3-1 at the Accra Sports Stadium.

In an interview, Nana Yaw Amponsah indicated one major challenge he foresee in the team is selection headache for the technical team as he believes the players at their folds have been competitive.

“This is a team that has recruited 16 new players, they are still getting to know each other even the technical team are still getting to know the players more in terms of the competitive atmosphere”

“But one challenge I foresee for the technical team is the selection headache because everybody is being very competitive, pushing boundaries and so, at the end of that day we hope that the team will give us what we wish for”

“One thing I like about this team is the harmony in camp, harmony among the players and the technical team is beautiful” he said.
