Austrian giants Red Bull Salzburg preparing bid to sign Ghanaian attacker Antoine Semenyo
Austrian giants, Red Bull Salzburg are preparing a bid for the signing of Ghanaian international Antoine Semenyo.
The England-born striker has been in top form since the start of the 2021/22 season and is a transfer target of a number of clubs.
Currently playing for Bristol City in the English Championship, the forward has been banging in the goals and last month was voted as the division’s best player of the month.
As a result of his top form, Austrian Champions Red Bull Salzburg has expressed interest and continues to monitor his progress.
Sources say the club is serious about securing the signature of the young striker and would present a bid to Bristol next summer.
The club must put in a strong bid if indeed the team wants to sign Antoine Semenyo.
This is because, he is also wanted by Nottingham Forest, Everton, and Celtic.
So far, Antoine Semenyo has netted six goals and provided eight assists for Bristol City in the ongoing English Championship.
