Bechem United Kasim Mingle coach handed GHS1,000 fine for misconduct
Bechem United head coach, Kasim Ocansey Mingle has been handed a heavy fine due to his post match comment against Great Olympics.
The outspoken trainer has been fine GHS1,000 for accusing match officials for robbery in their match-week 6 against Olympics in Accra.
The Hunters held Great Olympics to a goalless draw at the Accra Sports Stadium.
Mingle after the game game accused referee Emmanuel Otoo of cheating his side after denying then a clear penalty.
The frustrated coach after game described the performance of the referee as a complete robbery.
“The referee robbed us of victory today. We scored a perfect goal which he disallowed. We had a clear penalty but he ignored it.”
The Disciplinary Committee after sitting on the issue handed GHS1,000 fine to Kasim Mingle despite retracting those words he made.
Bechem United are currently on a run of 7 games without a defeat.
