BLACK STARS UPDATE: Ghana have safely touched down in Abuja for Tuesday’s show down
The Black Stars of Ghana have safely touched down in Abuja ahead of Tuesday’s clash with the Super Eagles of Nigeria.
The Black Stars left Kumasi around 11:30am on monday and have safely arrived in Abuja in a 2-hour flight trip.
The team will check-in at their hotel and get ready for their mandatory training session at the Mashood Abiola Stadium this evening.
The two West Africa powerhouses will lock horns in the final leg of the 2022 World Cup playoff at the Mashood Abiola Stadium on Tuesday evening.
The star-studded Super Eagles side held the Black Stars to a goalless stalemate at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium on Friday night in a tightly contested game.
To decide who qualifies for World Cup between the two giants is the 60,000-capacity Mashood Abiola Stadium in Abuja.
The Black Stars are looking to stage a World cup return after missing out of the 2018 edition following three successive appearances.
