Ex NFF Secretary urges Super Eagles to go for a resounding win against Ghana

Former Nigeria Football Federation Secretary General Alhaji Sani Ahmed Toro has urged the Super Eagles to aim for an overwhelming victory over Ghana in the first leg of their World Cup qualifying encounter on March 25 in Kumasi.

Toto stated that Coach Austin Eguavoen and his players must prepare for the game of their lifetime in the first leg, stressing that the result in Ghana would play a significant role in selecting which team will qualify for the World Cup in Qatar.

“Eguavoen must take charge of his team by taking responsibility for every decision that will get us the ticket to Qatar World Cup later this year. He has to try and beat Ghana in their home to make the second leg in Abuja mere formality,”
