Maxwell Konadu was spotted in Sogakope on Friday, perhaps on a scouting mission as he prepares to return to coaching.

The Revered Ghanaian Coach is on the verge of sealing a move to Ghana Premier League big spenders Legon Cities with the deal set to be confirmed early next week.

The former Asante Kotoko and Black Stars Head Coach has a tough task at hand at his soon to be announced club. He has to work out their escape from relegation to the Division One League.

Maxwell Konadu is expected to start officially with Legon Cities after the Match Week 23 Fixtures this weekend. Barring any last minute development, he should take charge of Legon Cities’ league clash versus WAFA next weekend.

In a attempt to make an impact from the onset, Coach Konadu was seen scouting WAFA during their home league game against Great Olympics.

Coach Maxwell Konadu observed keenly as WAFA lost the game 3-2. Hopefully he has taken enough notes to prepare Legon Cities for when they face the Academy Boys next week.
