Ludogorets training ground is something exceptional – Krakow striker Elvis Manu
Elvis Manu, a former Ludogorets striker who now plays for Poland’s Wisla Krakow, has returned to Razgrad. He declared that the Eagles’ training facility was remarkable and that he was amazed to see it.
The Dutch born Ghanaian striker compares Razgrad’s matches with CSKA to Feyenoord’s matches with Ajax.
“Ludogorets and I played in the Europa League. It was a good time. The city may not be top, but I liked everything else. And the training base is something exceptional. I was quite shocked to see her. They are the European leaders in this direction! However, we did not agree on a new contract and so I ended up in Krakow,” Manu told Sport.tvp.pl.
The 28-year-old Dutch player also disclosed which of his matches were the most stunning.
“In the Netherlands, Feyenoord’s matches with Ajax are the hottest. In Ludogorets these were the meetings with CSKA. We played the big derbies in Turkey as well, but I am looking forward to those in Krakow. The Polish fans are completely crazy,” added the striker.
Manu has represented the Netherlands from the U16 through to the U21 age group. However, on 24 June 2015, he switched his national allegiance to Ghana.
