Milovan Rajevac excited with Ghana return
Following his Cinderella relationship with the Black Stars between 2008 and 2010, Serbian tactician Milovan Rajevac has revealed his excitement over his return to the West African giants.
Milovan on Friday was announced as the replacement for CK Akonnor was sacked a fortnight ago for non-performance.
Following his appointment, the Serbian has revealed he is excited returning to coach the Black Stars because he has unfinished business with the team.
Speaking at his unveiling at the headquarters of the Ghana FA on Friday, Milovan Rajevac said he is happy to be back in Ghana and is appreciative to Ghanaians for the second opportunity.
“I will like to say I am happy to be here. I was here 13 ago and I pledged to take Ghana to world Cup and after that, I was the happiest person. I hope to achieve greater things with the Black Stars. I thank you for the opportunity,” the Serbian coach said.
He added, “This videos brings great memories and this was the biggest success of Ghana football and if Suarez shouldn’t have done what he did, I believe we could have been champions of the world.
“I believe everything is possible and when we are able to out our resources together we can achieve our target.”
