New RTU CEO calls on supporters to contribute towards the progress of the club
New Chief Executive Officer of Real Tamale United, Mr. Kassim Perez has called on the teaming supporters of the club to rally behind the club by contributing their quota in cash and kind towards the forward march of the club.
Mr. Perez believes that if every RTU supporter is to support in diverse ways directly to the club, it will change the fortunes and financial wherewithal of the club.
He further stresses that the club must go beyond the era where one person have to finance the activities of the club and become financially stable and urge the supporters to demonstrate their love for the club by ensuring they all put their support behind RTU.
The Editor of The Advocate Newspaper and former Chairman of the Professional Footballers Association of Ghana ( PFAG), Northern Region, was addressing supporters at the unveiling of New players of RTU over the weekend.
“If the supporters organised themselves well and contribute towards the development of the club, it will put RTU at the top.
“the era where support demand money from management to do their own things must stop, if you are a supporter, it means you remove from your pocket to help the club.” Mr Perez reiterated.
The founder of the Rural Media Network ( RUMNET) said he has designed a strategic plan and will engage supporters to ensure the club identifies its true supporters.
