SWAG President Kwabena Yeboah shows support for Kurt at late dad’s funeral
President of the Sports Writers Association of Ghana (SWAG) Kwabena Yeboah joined others in honoring the final rites of passage for the late father of Kurt Edwin Simeon Okraku, the current GFA boss.
The astute Sports journalist was present at the Ridge Church to mourn with the President of the Ghana Football Association in the early hours of Friday.
Kurt Okraku’s dad George Offei Simeon-Okraku Alias ‘Decide’ passed on Sunday, November 21, 2021 after a short illness.
The final funeral rites was held at the Officers Mess – Opposite the 37 Military Hospital on Friday, February 25, 2022.
The event drew well-wishers and from within and outside Ghana. There were offerings of tributory remarks and condolences to Kurt Okraku and family during this solemn occasion.
