We will keep fighting untill the final day – King Faisal’s midfielder Enoch Morrison
King Faisal’s midfielder Enoch Morrison has insisted they are not given up on their survival fight despite their 2-0 defeat to Hearts of Oak.
The Insha Allah boys after a strong first half were undone in the second half courtesy goals from Obeng Junior and Afriyie Barnie.
The defeat dealt them a blow in their quest for survival in the Ghana Premier League.
Speaking to FootballMadeinGhana.com after the game, Morrison insisted they will keep fighting untill the final day.
“We came in well prepared and played according to our coach’s plan, but it’s rather unfortunate we couldn’t obtain any point from this game.
“The playing body is very disappointed in the officiating officials, we had a clear penalty call but was denied us.
“We are not giving up and still working towards our survival.
King Faisal are currently 17th on the Ghana Premier League standings with 23 points after 24 games.
They will be looking to return to winning ways when they lockhorns with Dreams FC on Wednesday at theatre of Dreams.
