Resident of Columbia a suburb of Takoradi in the Western Region have invoked curses on the Regional Minister, Mr Kwabena Otchere Darko Mensah following his comment that the pregnant woman in the Takoradi missing case, Ms Josephine Panyin Mensah was never pregnant.
Several videos making rounds on various social media platforms sighted by GhanaPlus.com had the residents, men, woman as well as children led by a gentleman who held in his hand a bottle of schnapps and an egg evoking cures on the minister while calling the name of their deities.
The angry residents indicated if it was true the woman was not pregnant then which ever curses that they had invoked should visit them, however, if the woman in question was indeed pregnant then anybody who had peddled falsehood about her pregnancy, including the Regional Minister, his Assembly members, the police and the doctor whose report informed the comment should suffer the consequences.
