Former Kotoko striker gunning for Laliga Smartbank Player of the Week
Ghanaian attacker Dauda Mohammed is in contention for La liga Smartbank player of the week following his impressive performance for Cartagena.
Dauda Mohammed registered a brace for the side despite suffering 3-2 defeat against Real Valladollid.
The on-loan 24-year-old has been very active at the Spanish club, playing 24 games and scoring six goals in the process.
Dauda scored on the 3rd and 73rd minute but couldn’t help his team to avoid defeat on the day.
He faces competition from Jose Angel Jurado ( Alcorcon), Sadiq Umar ( UD Almeria), Jose Luis Rodriguez (Real Sporting) and Jaime Seoane ( UD Huesca).
