The Black Stars face-off against the Super Eagles in a 2 legged affair to determine who secures qualification to the World Cup in Qatar later in November.
Preparations will begin next week as the squad assemble and camp for the first leg encounter in Kumasi.
Rumored to be part of the yet to be released list is 24 year old Owusu who plays for Belgian side KAA Gent.
The former Olympique Lyon player has so far made 27 appearances for Gent this season clocking over 1600 minutes of football.
His eye catching displays have certainly caught the eye of the Black Stars technical team headed by Otto Addo.
