Sarkodie Risks Being Arrested If He Fails To Appear In Court Again Over This After Being Subpoenaed
Rapper Sarkodie risks being arrested if he fails to appear in court for the second time after being summoned as a witness in a case against Kantanka Mobiles.
Per a post sighted online, Sarkodie has been summoned to an Accra High Court as a witness to share his point of view on an ongoing case between one Jude Osei and Kantanka Mobiles (Kwadwo Safo Jnr) for not delivering on their promise.
According to the plaintiff, Kantanka Automobiles promised to reward him after promoting their product on Twitter with some number of retweets and likes which he was able to achieve yet they didn’t honor their promise of rewarding him.

Sarkodie is dragged into all these as a witness because he also posted about the same product and we all know how influential he is hence has been summoned to the court to share his views as a witness since he tweeted about the same product.
Per the post, Sarkodie failed to appear before the court last week and has been summoned again but this time around risks being arrested if he fails to appear before the court but that solely depends on the judge to decide.
