Aisha Huang is married to a Ghanaian businessman

Lawyer for Chinese galamsey kingpin, Aisha Huang, Nkrabeah Effah Dartey has said her client is married to a Ghanaian businessman.
Speaking on Citi TV’s Eyewitness News, he said her spouse is an Ashanti and a businessman in the Ashanti Regional capital, Kumasi.
The said husband and businessman, Mr Effah Dartey only gave his name as Prince.
“I know that he is married, she is married to a Ghanaian. I know this because her Ghanaian husband, a businessman in Kumasi, a Masters Degree holder from a Chinese University, an Ashanti, he came here to this my law office, I think was it Monday or Friday that he wanted to engage me as a lawyer for his wife, Aisha who had then been reported in the news”.
“I know he is prince but the surname I forget,” Lawyer Effah Dartey said when as about the identity of Aisha’s husband.
Aisha Huang is standing trial with four other Chinese nationals for mining without a valid license and engaging in the sale and purchase of minerals without a permit.
She and the others have pleaded not guilty to all charges.
Aisha Huang back in Ghana, re-arrested for illegal mining
Aisha Huang, a Chinese national and a kingpin in the Ghanaian illegal mining sector is back in the country 4years after she was deported in 2018 for engaging in the illegal business.
Report said she arrived in Ghana early last year through Togo and has since been in the illegal mining business, the very business which warranted her deportation.
The galamsey queen as she is affectionately known in the country, have been re-arraign before an Accra Court and remanded into prison custody together with four other Chinese nationals.
She is said to have registered unto the Ghana Identification Authority’s Ghana Card with the name Aisha En.
