Apremdo gets new CHPS Compound to boost health care



In a bid to promote good healthcare delivery in the Effia Kwesimitim Municipality, the assembly on Tuesday, June 15th handed over the newly constructed Apremdo CHPS compound to the municipal health directorate for use.

The project was started in 2016 but was stalled for better designs to meet current standard specifications.

Speaking to the media after a brief ceremony over the CHPS Compound, Municipal Chief Executive for Effia Kwesimitism, Mr Kojo Acquah mentioned that a lot had gone into the completion of the project.

The Municipal health director for EKMA, Joyce Begina Sutherland advised residents of Apremdo and its environs to patronize the health centre for all their healthcare services.

The Chief of Apremdo Nana Egya Kwamena XI who could not hide his joy for the completion of the health centre expressed gratitude to the Municipal assembly for giving such a facility to the Apramdo community.
