Bloggers urged to promote Ghana

The Ghana Bloggers Association’s pledge to post captivating and eye-catching tales about Ghana leading up to the December in Ghana celebrations has been warmly received by the Ghana Tourism Authority (GTA).

This came about as a result of the Association’s “Blog and Promote Ghana” campaign, which encouraged bloggers and users of social media to post uplifting content about the nation on various platforms.

December in Ghana showcases Ghana’s rich artistic and cultural legacy to Ghanaians, Africans living abroad, and visitors from across the world throughout the month of December and the first week of January.

During the event, Mr. Andre Mustapha Nil Okai Inusah underlined Ghana’s distinctiveness and urged people to take pleasure in portraying the country in a favourable light.

He said how Ghana is known as the world’s centre and its abundant natural resources, and the prevailing peace, which made the country a premier travel and tourism destination in Africa.

According to him, December activities in Ghana are ideal for sharing the country’s story because of the importance of Christmas and the volume of tourists who visit the nation.

The Ghana Tourism Authority’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Mr. Kwasi Agyemang, praised the Bloggers Association for their vision.
