Sammy Gyamfi speaking in an interview with Adom FM monitored by skyypowerfm.com indicated that his statement on the MP was not defamatory because he only alleged the said suspect is an errand boy of Matthew Opoku Prempreh.

He said, “If the court has taken a decision that’s fine, but the court did not use the evidence provided before to give a fair judgement.”

Sammy Gyamfi revealed that he will challenge the decision of the court by filing an appeal.
