Court sets November 3 for hearing application for enforcement of human rights – Skyy Power FM

The Human Rights Court 2 has set 3rd November 2023 for hearing the application for the enforcement of Human Rights filed by Charles Bissue against the Office of the Special Prosecutor.

This results from the failure of the OSP in filing an affidavit in response to the application.

The court justified that upon expiration of 21 day period after being served, the OSP was required to file its affidavit in response to the application by the applicant.

It’s been 36 days since notices were served on the OSP.

Lawyers for Charles Bissue filed the application on 14 June 2023.
