“We have road challenges and how in God’s name will you have a region that is the bread basket of the country struggle with a hospital? l I come from the Ellembelle district, any time there is an emergency in the night they call me, the MP, and they rush them to the Effia Nkwanta Hospital and they will be referred to Korle Bu due to capacity reasons. And then the difficult obvious journey of getting a bed in Korle Bu starts.”

“How many times have we returned to our various constituencies with dead bodies that could be saved.”
