The Western Regional Minister, Dr Kwabena Okyere Darko-Mensah says the introduction of the Electronic-Tankas (E-Tankas) project is a way of managing waste in each district of the Western Region and penalise people for their indiscipline for either not keeping their homes and surrounding clean.

He said the minimum charge on the fee fixing resolution of the assembly will be the starting point of what we call spot fine for any offences that relate to sanitation issues In the Western Region.
