A Fire outbreak has caused massive damage at the Ghana Navy officer’s quarters at Kweikuma, a suburb of the Sekondi-Takoradi Metropolis in the Western Region.
Reports indicate that the fire engulfed the last floor of the four (4) storey building being occupied by Ghana Navy officers.
Eight (8) rooms out of 31 have been affected as 6 of them, have been completely burned down.
The incident happened in the late hours of Tuesday morning, May 30, and as of the time of writing this report, personnel of the Ghana National Fire Service are at the scene trying to control the situation and extinguish the fire completely.
