Aspiring Parliamentary candidate for the Takoradi Constituency, Mr Richard Addison says he is coming up with fresh ideas to re-structure and improve the image of Takoradi.
Speaking to Skyy News, he said the incumbent MP, who doubles as the Regional Minister, Kwabena Okyere Darko Mensah, has done his bit as the constituency needs a fresh brain with new ideas.
He said some of the things that need to be done in the constituency are to improve education and the general well-being of the people.
He said, “We will need to improve education in Takoradi by equipping the schools with ICT tools and improving the general well-being of the people by creating employment, and helping the youth by building their capacity and creating opportunities for them.”
“For the people of Takoradi, I say better days are coming, for the delegates, I say this is one family and we all want to give our ideas and implement them for the people of Takoradi.”
He made these remarks at a health walk organised by Friends of Richard Addison and One Heart Fitness Club under the theme; Walking into the future with One Heart Fitness Club and Friends of Richard Addison: A step towards wellness.”
