Aspiring Parliamentary Candidate for the Mpohor constituency on the ticket of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Mr Philip Cobbinah says both of his opponents are a threat but he is not Perturbed.
Mr Philip Cobbinah is in the race with the sitting Member of Parliament (MP), Mr John Saani and the immediate past MP, Mr Alex Kofi Agyekum.
Speaking on Skyy Power FM’s Jolly Breakfast Show, he said the constituency has been deprived of its needed development and he is the rightful; candidate to redeem it.
He indicated, “I’m coming because of my vision and development agenda for the constituency. With that, I don’t focus on someone being a threat or not but I’m more focused on my vision and what I have to offer the constituency.”
“I know God’s time is the best time and this, I believe is my time and I’m not perturbed by the presence of anyone.”
He said the reception from delegates is great as they are rooting for him to lead them to retain the NPP seat and bring development to Mpohor.
“I have received a great reception from the delegates and what I am doing now is to ask them about their issues which I am documenting and will work on if elected as the candidate for the NPP,” Mr Cobbinah indicated.
“I have gone to many parts of the constituency, some of the areas, as for some of the areas, I know about the problem while I keep consulting the delegates to know more.”
