J.J Rawlings had a fine personality, no doubt – Abdul Malik Kweku Baako

Ace Ghanaian Journalist and Editor in Chief of the Crusading Guide, Abdul Malik Kweku Baako has indicated that there was no doubt as far as the personality of the late Former President, Jerry John Rawlings was concerned.
According to him, the longest-serving head of state of Ghana had a fine personality, something, that cannot be disputed.
“He is human, he has a very fine personality, there was no doubt about it, there was problems in his politics as far as am concerns but please let at this time when the news has just broken restrict ourselves in expressing our condolences to the family and wishing him to rest in perfect peace”.
Mr. Kweku Baako was speaking with Joynews about the death of the former president under whose regime he had said on several platforms, he was subjected to abuse.
The astute journalist wished the family of the late former president his deepest condolence at this difficult moment in their lives.
“No human being could wish death even though, he knows it inevitable. Even his haters enemy will never, all of us we have moved on, so I restricted myself to wishing his family my sincerest condolences and I mean it” Mr. Kweku Baako added.
Former J.J Rawlings dead
The former President, Flt lieutenant, Jerry John Rawlings was reported dead on Thursday, at the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital after a short illness.
Ghana has since begun a one week mourning period in his honour upon the declaration by the President, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.
During the period, all national flags would fly at half-mast.
