Kikam SDA Church awards educational scholarship to 20 students – Skyy Power FM

Twenty basic school children aged between 8 to 18 years-old have been granted a year educational scholarship by the Adventist Church-Kikam District in the Western Region to facilitate their smooth academic studies.

The twenty students successfully excelled in the just ended “Love Is A Verb” initiative by the Kikam District Seventh-Day Adventist Church to inculcate the habit of learning by reading into the children. Its worth mentioning that the 20 students falls within the four basic schools of the district.

The initiative offered a platform to educationist in the church to inform, encourage and inspire young people to strive for excellence in the formal and informal educational sector to better their lives.
