Non-partisan development plan is the way to go

Alan Kyeremanten, Leader of the Movement for Change, says it’s time Ghana moved beyond the implementation of party manifestos to the implementation of a non-partisan national development plan that suits the pressing and real needs of Ghanaians.

Speaking at a National Economic Summit organised under the auspices of his “Movement for Change” Mr. Kyeremanten called for a shift towards tailor-made solutions to unlock Ghana’s true potential.

Mr. Kyeremanten an Independent Presidential Aspirant says the country in the weak economic state that it is in needs a leader who will put it back on track and this is where his Great Transformational Plan GTP- a roadmap to foster change in the economy at large comes into play.

Panel discussions at the Summit centred around Macroeconomic Stability, Industrialization and the Growth of the Tourism Sector.

The Convenor, Alan Kyerematen also promised that another National Summit will be organised to discuss issues relating to Corruption and Governance.

The summit which was under the theme “ Building Non-Partisan Consensus for a National Economic Development Plan” had industry players providing solutions on industrialization, the tourism industry and macroeconomic stability and the need for Ghanaians to change their mindset to help develop the country.
