The Chief Executive Officer of the Atta-Mills Institute, Mr Samuel Koku Anyidoho has said that he thanks God that people who delight in rebuking others for not idolizing others were now taunting the same principles.
“…Principles and personal reasons …”? Phew!!! Today is Holy Thursday, and I thank God that people who delight in berate others for refusing to hero-worship any cult figure because of “Principles & Personal Reasons”, are now touting Principles & Personal Reasons. Twea!”
Mr Koku Anyidoho made the comment in a tweet in Thursday, April 1, sighted by GhanaPlus.com.

Ablakwa resigns from Appointment Committee of Parliament, cite personal and principles as reasons.
His comment comes a day after the Member of Parliament for the North Tongu Constituency, Mr Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa resigned from the Appointment Committee of Parliament, a 25-member committee responsible for the vetting and recommendation of the President’s appointees for approval by Parliament, citing personal and principles as the reason.
His resignation comes a day after public outcry after the committee approved the President nominee for Finance and Economic Planning Ministry, Mr Ken Ofori-Atta.
The Committee had gone through with similar criticism in their earlier approval of 13 others, some the public believed they do not qualify or deserve to carry themselves as ministers of state.
