Angel FM Management to engage Nana Yaa Brefo; set to make a mouthwatering offer
Following her resignation from Angel FM a subsidiary of the Angel Broadcasting Network, MyNewsGh.com is learning that management of the station is set to engage Broadcast Journalist Nana Yaa Brefo.
MyNewsGh.com sources within the media organization confirm the meeting is scheduled for today December 4, 2023, and top on the agenda is to convince the popular journalist to rescind her decision.
Nana Yaa Brefo in a Facebook Live refused to confirm and deny MyNewsGh.com’s story about her resignation but thanked all those who reached out to her over the report.
She has also promised to furnish her fans with the full details of her resignation and other matters at the appropriate time but appealed to them to keep calm.
“I cannot confirm or deny the reports but the right them I will speak and explain every detail for you to understand”, she said.
It is unclear if the journalist will rescind her decision after management have agreed to her terms in an attempt to win her back during the meeting set to take place at an undisclosed location.
It would be recalled that MyNewsGh.com on Friday, December 1, broke a story about the resignation of the Journalist from the ABN group.
She subsequently exited all social media platforms of the station including WhatsApp.
It is unclear what may have triggered her resignation weeks after her return from the United Kingdom where she was on holiday.
Nana Yaa Brefo joined the Angel Broadcasting Network from the Multimedia Group where she was a newscaster and a co-host on Adom FM and TV.
