Cina Soul shares her reaction when Akwaboah called her to do a collabo on ‘Obiaa’
Singer and songwriter, Cina Soul shared her joy and excitement when Highlife artiste, Akwaboah called to do a collaboration on his ‘Obiaa’ hit song.
In an interview with Amansan Krakye on Cape Coast-based Kastle FM, Cina Soul born Christie Quincyna Quarcoopome said it has been her life-long dream and aspiration to do a song with Akwaboah.
“When Akwaboah called me honestly I remember very well because I have always wanted to do a song with him,” she stated on the Kastle Entertainment Show.
“Even when I was in school about four years ago at Legon, Akwaboah knows my big sister so there was a time he came to my house and said he’ll do a song with me one day,” she said.
She added, “So it has been in my head for a long time and the moment he called me I said when should I come is it tomorrow, okay I will be there.
“I didn’t even want to hear the song I just knew that it was time because I had wanted to do a song with Akwaboah in my whole life,” Cina Soul concluded.
