Fameye reveals the inspiration behind his song ‘Menkoa’
Hiplife singer Peter Famiyeh Bozah popularly known by his stage name as Fameye has revealed that, he was forced to write one of his famous songs titled ‘Menkoa’ as a result of the conduct of a family member.
The song was featured on Fameye’s album “Songs of Peter” released in the year 2022 which has seen a lot of acclamation from music lovers.
In the song “Menkoa” had its first lines introducing a disturbed person.
Speaking on Asaase Radio in an interview, Fameye revealed the inspiration behind the beautiful piece, was because he had issues with one of his family members.
Quite apart from the troubles from his family, the singer also said he had some personal problems.
“I think at the time I had issues with one of my family members and also I was going through something personally”, he revealed.
“So that day I was listening “Mobrowa” by Kofi B and I had the major inspiration from that song connecting to what I was going through by myself and my family member”, Fameye revealed.
