Fresh controversy as two women tell Iyabo Ojo to “confess everything” about MohBad’s death
A mother and her daughter have urged actress Iyabo Ojo to speak out and confess everything she knows about the death of the late Nigerian singer MohBad.
“The Lord showed us that something very terrible is coming on you very soon. Because we love you, and if we don’t tell you we’ll be blamed, that is why we are here today,” the mother said in a video circulating online.
“God showed us to tell her to share the truth and confess everything she knows about MohBad’s death.”
MohBad, born Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, died on September 12, 2023, in Lagos at the age of 27.
Following his death, his body was exhumed for an autopsy, but the pathologist later revealed that the cause of death could not be determined because the body had already decomposed.
The police, however, identified an unqualified nurse as the prime suspect, alleging that she administered three injections that triggered a fatal reaction.
Before his death, MohBad had filed a petition alleging threats to his life and physical assault linked to his former record label.
This deepened public suspicion that his death was not natural.
