Gospel musicians weren’t invited to join in recent demonstration
Gospel musician, Patience Nyarko has revealed reasons why she and her colleagues were not spotted at the Occupy Julorbi House demonstration.
It is evidently clear that no Gospel musician showed up when some celebrities joined other Ghanaians to protest against hardships in the country.
However, Patience Nyarko has revealed on Property FM in Cape Coast that no one invited her to join in the demonstration hence her absence.
“Nobody invited us the gospel artistes to partake in the protests and so we decided not to go but we’re all here in Ghana,” she told Amansan Krakye sighted by MyNewsGh.com
“You say things aren’t going well so you want to protest and if you invite me Patience Nyarko and I don’t participate then you can accuse me of not attending.
“But you’ve not invited me and say we didn’t see any gospel musicians at the protests, maybe you’ve gone for money to do your thing so once you’ve not invited me, I can’t join”.
