How I coincidentally recorded ‘Butta My Bread’ with Lasmid
Liberian Afrobeats Artiste, JZyNo has disclosed how he coincidentally recorded his global hit song ‘Butta My Bread’ with Ghanaian singer, Lasmid.
During an interview with Amansan Krakye on Property FM in Cape Coast monitored by MyNewsGh.com, he said they initially recorded a song called ‘Badman Thing’.
JZyNo narrated on the show “When I first contacted Lasmid for a feature it wasn’t even Butta My Bread that we intended recording with him.
“It wasn’t this song called Butta My Bread but we had a song called Bad Man Thing and we had two artistes we decided to work with but I settled on Lasmid.
“We actually did the song we initially planned to record and after we decided to do a new song also and that’s how Butta My Bread came about.
“So between the two songs that I recorded with Lasmid then we settled on Butta My Bread as the one we will like to release which wasn’t even the main song initially,” he said.
