I inspire school dropouts with dancing- Incredible Zigi
Amofa Michael known professionally as Incredible Zigi, a Ghanaian dancer, has called for dancers to be given the needed attention.
During an interview on Property FM in Cape Coast, the popular dance artist said there’s a need for people to believe that dancing can take them somewhere.
“There are a lot of school dropouts who look up to me and want to be like Incredible Zigi so they have now become dancers,” he told Amansan Krakye in an interview.
“But as they are dancing what are they going to eat to survive, so we ought to get the recognition in order to help those who are coming.
“We need to bring those people who have the passion for dancing into the scene to let them know that dancing can take them somewhere,” he added observed by MyNewsGh.com
He posited “But if there is no attention on dancers despite our struggles and hustle it’ll get to a point where some might give up on dancing”.
