I posted naked photos of myself because I was becoming irrelevant – Akuapem Poloo
Video vixen and movie star Rosemond Brown has said that she creates controversy online in order to get contracts to feed herself.
She says the job of an influencer thrives on how “active” you are online and your virality so she has to always come up with something that will make her name viral.
“The fame helps us to get jobs. I don’t really make money from the movie industry because I hardly get roles. So I focus more on the adverts. Because I’m loud and I can show off my skin, that’s why skincare products sign me.
When the fame fades, no one will patronize you so when I realize that my fame is dying off, I create something to go viral so that I can get contracts,” she said.
On why she posted naked photos of herself online during Valentine’s day she said she did because she realized she was becoming irrelevant and needed to up her game.
“Before I post anything, I know the consequences. I know I will be insulted but I have no choice, I have to do it…Right now you can’t ask for money from people because they also have their own problems. So I need to do this to get money to take care of myself.”
She confessed that the honey business is not doing so well as she is able to sell only about five bottles in a month.
